Present wireless plans, smartphones, and bundled upgrades in a clear, CRM-supported format that aligns with customer goals.

Guide customers through account setup, documentation review, and activation workflows using approved CRM tools and service protocols.

Monitor service milestones, customer feedback, and resolution timelines to support campaign tracking and performance visibility.
