Located in Mason, OH

Salary : $60-65K

Manufacturing Manufacturing Recruiter

Responsibilities :

  • Using various sources to identify potential candidates for a Machine Shop environment
  • Screen resumes and connect with candidates to uncover skills
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
  • Assist with training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with managers to address staffing needs and workforce planning

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required
  • Previous experience in Recruiting is required
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
