About The Position
Compensation
Local Pay : $2,360.00 / week
Travel Pay (Weekly, Pre-Tax) : $2,566.00
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with physical, functional, or wound care needs using evidence-based practices.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following all clinical and regulatory standards.
Administer procedures including but not limited to :
Manual therapy
Ambulation and gait training
Therapeutic exercise
Modalities and assistive device usage
Wound care management
Reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Document all patient interactions and treatment data in the electronic medical record system per company and regulatory requirements.
Accurately record treatment minutes and complete required reports (including discharge summaries).
Communicate effectively with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families.
Participate in required meetings, trainings, and in-services (e.g., care conferences, utilization reviews).
Supervise and support PTAs, rehab aides, and students as appropriate.
Adhere to APTA guidelines, state practice acts, and the professional code of ethics.

Requirements
Experience : Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
Experience Setting : Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehab – Required
License : Active Missouri PT License – Required
Compact License accepted
New Grads : Accepted if Level II internship experience (not just Level I observation)
