Are you ready to help lead the opening of a dynamic new restaurant and bring bold flavors to life? We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new concept launch, where New Restaurant Opening (NRO) experience will be highly valued. Compensation : $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
Our menu celebrates Asian fusion cuisine with a strong emphasis on sushi and Southeast Asian influences. Guests will enjoy a modern take on traditional dishes, innovative cocktails, and a vibrant dining experience—all crafted with precision and creativity.
Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the culinary team during service.
- Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation.
- Assist in menu development and execution, with a focus on Asian fusion and sushi.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Solve problems quickly and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Sous Chef Qualifications
Proven experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably as a Sous Chef.Background in Asian fusion or sushi preparation is highly preferred.New Restaurant Opening (NRO) experience strongly desired.Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Passion for delivering excellence and consistency in every dish.Sous Chef Benefits
