Office Manager

These connection platforms enable the collaboration needed to rapidly bring these therapies to market. The Office Manager in our Cranberry Township location plays a vital role in creating, maintaining, and growing this setting. With over 50 employees (and growing) reporting to this location we rely on the Office Manager to cover a wide range of responsibilities. Being a mid-sized company with 2 other locations in PA, the successful candidate, like most other members of the team, will be required to wear multiple hats.
Office Management Duties
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Answer the phones, greet visitors, and manage building access & security
- New-hire workstation setup and support
- Communications with property manager
- Building maintenance and vendor management
- Office supply inventory management
- Order snacks and drinks for the office
- Responsible for TV display content
- Organize and provide food for monthly company lunch
- Support employee morale programs
- Assist the network administrator with IT & technical support
- Assist in coordinating building events
- General administrative support for office
- Attend internal meetings as needed
Accounts Payable
Expense reports for the Cranberry OfficeProcessing invoices (once a month)Reconcile petty cashHR / Recruiting
Write effective recruiting ads and post on job boards and social mediaCoordination and promotion of Job Fairs and Open HousesUtilize applicant tracking software to create requisitions, process job applicants and update candidate recordsScreen applications / resumes and phone screen applicantsConduct pre-employment screening and assessmentsConduct background and reference checksComply with record retention laws and company practicesComplete First-Day paperwork with new hireRequired Education
A.S. degreeRequired Skills / Experience
MS Office - Word, Excel and Power PointAttention to detail in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work that is deadline drivenStrong communication skillsA figure-it-out mentality and team first approachPreferred Skills / Experience
