Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team! The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and solutions-driven, with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and / or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction
• Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
