Emergency Medicine physician job in North Carolina : Find your balance in the Blue Ridge Mountains! TeamHealth is seeking a dedicated emergency medicine (EM) physician to join our team at Mission Hospital McDowell, a modern 30-bed facility in the scenic town of Marion, North Carolina. Just a short drive from Asheville, this opportunity offers the ideal mix of professional fulfillment and mountain lifestyle.
Position Overview
- Annual Volume : 23,000 ED visits
- Coverage : 24 hours / day, 8-hour physician shifts
- Support : Daily APC coverage
- Facility : 30-bed hospital with modern emergency department
- Technology : Cerner EMR
- Leadership : New, engaged EM physician leadership team
- Optional Rotation : Opportunity to rotate through other Mission Health hospitals in Western North Carolina
