Salary : $12.00 / hr
Summary of Position
Position : Full-Time
Provide a wide range of customer services via inbound calls, direct emails.
Interact with customers, dealers, distributors, sales teams, service center and other departments
to resolve issues, inquiries, complaints, repairs, and provide technical assistance.
Responsibilities
Enters Federal Firearms Licenses (FFLs) into the system
Verifies dealer licenses with EZ-Check (ATF website) all accurate information on FFL forms
Files / labels all FFL's in the system
Facilitate helpdesk and support requests from customers
Verifies tracking numbers for customer shipments
Send company catalogues, swag, and manuals to customers
Responds to distributors, dealers, sales team and customers' inquiries.
Resolve general complaints
Provide shipping labels for firea rms, parts, magazines, and ammunition for repairs, refunds,
and replacements.
Provide technical assistance and issue resolutions (ammo, parts, firearms, etc.)
Invoic ing (parts, magazines, firearms)
Manages large amounts of incoming emails and tickets
Handle warranty claims
Providing documentation and information to service centers and others regarding
inventories, parts, magazines, and firearm s.
Check Google Sheets (customers issues) for priority customer issues.
Check Google Sheets (FFL request) for expired FFLs and request copies.
Verifies and update accounts.
Follow up with emails, google sheets, tickets, service cente r, etc ..
Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned

Preferred firearms experience and / or knowledge
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple assignments in a timely manner
Computer skills
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
