Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual and long-term financial planning processes

Publish monthly and quarterly financial reporting to executive leadership and internal stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making and optimize business processes

Required Qualifications

10+ years of FP&A experience, including 3-5+ years in leadership roles

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; advanced degrees and certifications like CPA or CFA are a plus

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in Google Sheets and Netsuite

Experience leading an FP&A function and implementing best practices

Proficient knowledge of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
