Part Time Security Officer

Allied Universal is currently hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Pharma Company in Boston MA.

Saturday and Sunday 3 PM - 11 PM

Starting Pay is $21.20 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / DailyPay Available

DayTime Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
  • Maintain detailed records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
  • Collaborate with staff and visitors to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed within the healthcare environment.
  • Remain alert to changes in the environment and report any suspicious activity or hazards to appropriate personnel.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Lifting more than 20 lbs is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
