THE ROLE
The Human Capital Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to the Human Capital Business Partner team. This role is ideal for a proactive, emotionally intelligent professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Youll be a key player in supporting recruiting efforts, programming logistics, and internal initiatives, while also contributing to broader HC projects.
This is a hands-on role requiring a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and a genuine interest in learning the business of Human Capital within financial services.
