We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to oversee high-profile client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. This role requires a skilled individual who excels at managing complex projects, coordinating teams, and delivering exceptional results while maintaining superior organization and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple high-level client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and oversee project execution from concept to completion.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage multi-million-dollar budgets effectively.
- Coordinate internal teams and assign tasks to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Oversee production processes, including obtaining print quotes and media plans.
- Evaluate project outcomes strategically and provide comprehensive reports.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal staff to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Plan and execute events when required, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
- Stay informed about direct response marketing strategies and apply them to enhance client success.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within client accounts and marketing strategies.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive within an agency setting, managing high-level accounts.
- Proven expertise in direct response marketing platforms, including direct mail and digital strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail to ensure project success.
- Excellent communication skills for proactive engagement with clients and teams.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production processes, including vendor negotiations and media planning.
