Foster a collaborative and fun work environment grounded in respect and accountability. Deliver structured coaching and recognition that keeps turnover low and morale high. 5+ years in full-service, high-energy restaurant management. Guest-first mindset with proven ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments. Skilled at financial management, vendor communication, and scheduling optimization. ServSafe or beverage certifications preferred

Surf Cantina in Westerly, RI is seeking a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead our coastal-Mexican kitchen and tequila bar — a lively, creative environment in the heart of downtown Westerly
This is a dynamic, guest-facing leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in the fast lane — balancing service, rhythm, and vibe while still managing numbers, systems, and people with precision.
