Ideal Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience managing operations teams in engineering or manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff
• Deep knowledge of enterprise operations practices, particularly within the defense sector
• Expertise in operational methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and continuous improvement principles
• Strong experience managing operational projects and initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Experience with budget management and financial acumen

Salary Note : This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range : USD $160,331.00 - USD $173,000.00 / Yr.
