What We're Looking For

Cross River’s Commercial Banking Group is looking for an experienced Associate, Loan Servicing to join the team. The Associate, Loan Servicing will work alongside the Commercial Banking Group to support all post-closing loan management duties related to the Bank’s commercial loans, including CRE, Construction, Healthcare and Lender Finance.

Responsibilities :

• Process loan payments, including principal, interest, and escrow payments
• Prepare and send monthly payment statements to borrowers
• Board new loans to the servicing system of record
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly draws
• Maintain and oversee monthly loan reserves
• Maintain accurate records of loan balances, payments, and other relevant information
• Manage physical collateral vault
• Process monthly submission of loan pledging for the bank
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers and other stakeholders regarding their loans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Monitor UCC filings and all post-closing items
• Prepare payoff statements and coordinate items and documents for collateral release
• Perform other duties as assigned
