Senior Program Director - Risk Management

A company is looking for a Senior Program Director - Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the R&O Management Team to support the full program scope across multiple sites and functions

Establish and maintain the Program Risk & Opportunity Management Plan and facilitate risk workshops

Drive opportunity identification and implementation tracking for process improvements and innovations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

20+ years of experience in infrastructure or defense sectors, with knowledge of FAA processes preferred

Professional registration or certification in the field of expertise; PMI PMP and RMP certifications preferred

Extensive experience in risk management throughout various project lifecycle stages

Proven track record in managing large-scale programs with significant complexity
