Machine Operator – Day Shift

Location : Bethlehem, PA

Pay : $20–$24 / hr (Based on Experience)

Shift : 6 : 45am-7pm

HTSS is now hiring Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire role with a plastics company in Bethlehem, PA. If you're hands-on, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced production setting, this could be the job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing :

Run and maintain production machines to meet quality standards

Do basic quality checks and keep track of any issues or changes

Work with the team to hit daily production goals

Keep your area clean and stocked with materials

Follow safety rules and wear required PPE

Pitch in with cleaning and other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For :

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1–2 years of factory or machine operator experience is a plus

Good with basic computer use

Team player with a strong work ethic

Willing to work 12-hour shifts, alternating weekends, and overtime (as needed)
