Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Bernalillo, NM, is seeking Behavior Specialists to join their team on a contract basis for the uping school year (NSY). These roles are designed to support K-12 special education classroom teams by providing critical behavioral support to groups of students in crisis. Multiple positions are available.

Ideal candidates will possess one of the following qualifications and backgrounds :

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Special Education Teacher with a focus on behavior
• Licensed Social Worker with school experience

Candidates must hold a valid New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) license or be eligible to obtain one. Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) is essential.
