JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator II is responsible to execute processes and contribute towards improving them. This may include assuming the role of Process Expert.
As part of the Process Team, individuals in this role work in a flexible capacity in response to the Client group and their individual skills.
The Project Coordinator II will serve our Client group by prioritizing and completing tasks which involve organizing and processing information or transactions with high level of detail and / or high volume.
Utilizing a solid understanding of applicable rules and guidelines with a high degree of accuracy, the Project Coordinator II identifies errors and opportunities for greater efficiency.
This role requires clear, deliberate and patient communication, which may also include training others.
JOB SCOPE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Primary Accountabilities
- Gathers and processes high volume of documents with complicated, high detail and / or special processing requirements, such as certified payroll, truck fleet acquisition, subcontractor compliance, and accounts payable.
- Reviews high volume of a variety of documents, reviews for accuracy and processes them according to established guidelines.
- Points out inaccuracies or inconsistencies and educates others on how to make corrections in order to complete the process
- Ensures processes are completed and details and issues are addressed properly in accordance with rules and compliance guidelines;
may coordinate with multiple people to achieve this.
- Responds to client requests by following procedures, while also maintaining positive rapport.
- Discerns what documents are needed to complete processes
- Trains others
- In circumstances without a PC1 or when necessary, may order and stock supplies, such as office supplies and make arrangements for lunch and meeting venues.
- Contributes to improvement of relevant processes and may assume role of Process Expert.
Education / Training :
High school diploma, office equipment, intermediate Excel
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Good communication and follow up skills
Work Experience :
General office, organizing information, customer service experience, and prioritizing tasks
Work Location :
- This job may require to be located at a project site depending on company needs. Flexibility in work location is critical.
