Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Machine Operator

Location : Burgettstown, PA

Pay : $19 an hour

Shift : 2nd Shift, Monday to Thursday 3 : 30 pm to 2 : 00am EST

What's the Job?

  • Set up and operate customized machining centers to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
  • Enter production data into machines and load raw materials for manufacturing
  • Perform tool changes and make adjustments to optimize machine performance
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, while adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

  • 1-3 years of machine operation experience
  • High attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Ability to use hand tools such as saws, drills, impact drivers, pneumatic air guns, and tape measures
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or CNC operation is a plus
  • Physical ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs and work in various temperature conditions
