Regional Manager Multi-Family Residential 100K+ Bonus & Benefits Broward

We are seeking a hands-on, Regional Manager to oversee daily operations of multifamily residential property management company of properties in Broward county. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand standards, organizational planning, training and development, and overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily property operations and audit on-site staff
• Ensure high occupancy levels through effective marketing and leasing strategies
• Represent and audit brand standards across operations teams
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing, HUD, and local housing regulations
• Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and vendor contracts
