Join the Workforce Productivity Services (WPS) Global Endpoint Management team as a technical Virtualization Engineer , driving innovation across our enterprise virtual desktop and application solutions.  In this engineering-focused role, you’ll collaborate with others to shape the future of secure, scalable solutions to support global users & manufacturing operations.  If you are passionate about user experience and driving innovative solutions to better support a global workforce, then we encourage you to apply and help us lead the next wave of digital workplace transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Virtualization Engineer, you will design, deploy, and optimize Citrix-based virtualization solutions supporting both Enterprise users and manufacturing functions.  You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Research & Development, and Cybersecurity, ensuring secure and efficient virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments.  While the role is primarily engineering-focused, you will also oversee operational support activities led by our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure continuity, performance, and compliance across the service.

How You’ll Succeed

• Collaborate with the Virtualization Technical Lead as needed to architect and implement enhancements to the virtualization service offerings
• Partner with business units to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
• Work with MSP to ensure timely resolution of incidents and leverage proactive monitoring through tools such as UberAgent
• Develop automation use cases to streamline Citrix operational processes
• Ensure quality documentation is regularly updated and compliant with Lilly quality standards
• Support project initiatives that enhance virtualization capabilities across the organization by leveraging vendor best practices

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$63,750 - $180,400

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
