About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee and manage field activities for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and in compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate field activities of contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.

Serve as a liaison between the project team, contractors, and vendors to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues.

Monitor onsite work progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Review and verify contractor and vendor work for compliance with specifications, drawings, and contractual obligations.

Support the implementation of project schedules and ensure timely execution of field activities.

Assist in resolving field issues and coordinating corrective actions.

Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress, safety, and quality.

Support procurement and material delivery processes to ensure timely availability of resources.

Enforce safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture on-site.

Document field activities, site conditions, and any changes or issues encountered.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to update project timelines and manage scope changes.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Proven experience in project coordination or construction management.

Strong understanding of field operations, safety protocols, and project scheduling.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between teams effectively.
