Traveling Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial Construction (Texas Based Projects)

Are you an experienced Superintendent who enjoys taking projects from the ground up and seeing them through to completion? Our client, a well-established General Contractor with a strong national presence, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join their growing team.

This is a full-time traveling role — you’ll start with a major project in Texas , and upon completion, move to the next build with the same company.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization to completion.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and materials.

Ensure project schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.

Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

Maintain accurate daily reports, progress photos, and documentation.

Qualifications :

10–20 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects (such as office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living)

Proven track record managing projects from start to finish.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Willingness and ability to travel full-time to project sites nationwide.

OSHA certification preferred.
