POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The College & Athletic Recruiting Counseling / Outplacement Coordinator leads all efforts to guide student-athletes and families through the college recruiting NCAA eligibility academic planning and outplacement process. This role focuses on aligning each student-athletes academic schedule athletic goals and recruiting strategy to maximize college placement opportunities at the Division I II III NAIA and preparatory school levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Athletic Recruiting & College Placement

• Develop individual recruiting plans for each student-athlete including target school lists highlight video support and outreach timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with college coaches recruiters and admissions staff to expand opportunities for TSJ PA athletes.
• Host college recruiting seminars signing day events and showcases to connect student-athletes with next-level opportunities.
• Stay current on NCAA recruiting calendars rules and contact periods ensuring families and coaches understand key deadlines and regulations.

Qualifications

35 years in college counseling athletic recruiting coordination or athletic administration roles.

Strong network of college coaches and recruiting contacts across multiple sports.
