A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support client onboarding and maximize platform usage.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding and configuration for new clients, ensuring workflows align with business goals
Provide guidance and technical support for a limited set of client accounts to enhance platform utilization
Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements while serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
1+ years in a client-facing technical support or service role (2+ years preferred), ideally in a SaaS environment
Project management or coordination experience preferred
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply that knowledge effectively
Experience with basic SQL, APIs, or Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
Demonstrated empathy and confidence in navigating complex client scenarios
