Position Overview
The Partner Development Specialist is an entry-level role supporting the growth and success of PartnerCentric's Partnership Development Center of Excellence. This role focuses on researching, recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing high-value affiliate and partnership opportunities to help drive performance and revenue growth for our clients.

As a key player within the Partnerships team, the Specialist will collaborate closely with senior team members and cross-functional departments to support the success of strategic partner relationships, manage administrative and reporting tasks, and contribute to PartnerCentric's reputation as a leader in the affiliate marketing space.

A Week in the Life : Partner Development Specialist
Monday : Join the weekly Partnerships team huddle; review and prioritize partner outreach and onboarding tasks.
Tuesday : Research potential new partners for a client campaign and initiate strategic outreach with senior guidance.
Wednesday : Assist in compiling a partner performance report for a client business review.
Thursday : Join weekly client calls to discuss new partner opportunities and provide feedback.
Friday : Attend an internal training session on a new partner platform integration; update the partner contact database and reflect on learnings for the week & review progress towards quarterly goals and report via Metronome.
