Accounts Receivable Associate

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and deliver customer invoices accurately and timely, ensuring alignment with contract terms

Monitor accounts receivable aging and perform proactive outreach to customers regarding outstanding balances

Apply customer payments daily and communicate with customers to resolve billing questions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, desired

1-3 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience

Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting / ERP systems, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
