Full Job Description :

Looking for a responsible and compassionate LPN to join our team at ACE in Atlanta, GA. Hours are flexible based on your scheduling needs. Safe in-home environment and PPE provided.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Demonstrates a high level of compassionate interpersonal and communication skills necessary to consistently serve patients and family members in a professional manner.
  • One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
  • Assess patients for stability and follow through with all doctor’s orders.
  • Verify medication milligrams, last day dosed, take-outs received, phase level, and verify guest doses.
  • Be thorough and accurate in documentation of patient complaints, vital signs, current medication, and allergies.
  • Some health promotion, teaching, and training of family members in necessary.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Position Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent and graduate of an accredited program; prefer licensed or certified professionals but willing to consider others with adequate experience.
  • Qualifications Of The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
  • Must have at least 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Very comfortable and efficient in the use of EMRs and use of computers.
  • Experience with GTube, Trach / Vent.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Job Types : Full-time, Contract.

    Pay :

  • Registered Nurse - $35.00.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse - $30.00.
