Role Overview

As a Process Engineer you will drive improvements in production processes implement new systems and lead projects that enhance safety efficiency and quality. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including production facilities and supply management to ensure optimal performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods sequences and processes.
• Observe and optimize production operations to improve productivity and quality.
• Design install and commission new production tools and processes.
• Create and update work instructions and process documentation.
• Train production staff on new or updated processes.
• Analyze issues using 8D 5 Whys and other root cause tools.
• Collect and interpret production data to drive improvements.
• Lead assigned projects from start to finish collaborating with engineers and technicians.
• Ensure safety compliance and train operators on safe practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in a production engineering environment.
• Hands-on mechanical and analytical experience in lab or production settings.
• Familiarity with ceramic or industrial parts processing (preferred).
• Knowledge of SPC FMEA Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment (U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required).
