Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and play a key part in driving revenue growth. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to grow our client base and expand our presence in the market.
Key Objectives
Generate leads from marketing campaigns and proactive outreach.
Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial contact through the full sales cycle.
Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
Essential Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Use social media, online tools, and professional networks to generate high-quality leads.
Maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline for assigned accounts.
Deliver tailored end-to-end solutions based on client needs.
Manage ongoing client relationships across all levels, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Provide industry insights and staffing trends in the digital marketing and creative space.
Prospect through cold calls, emails, and in-person networking events.
Present company capabilities and value propositions effectively to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, RFP responses, and strategic sales plans.
Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and ensure top-tier talent delivery.
Drive business growth by increasing revenue, gross margin, and headcount within client accounts.
Stay up to date on local market trends and staffing industry developments.
Foster repeat and referral business through exceptional follow-up and client care.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within industrial staffing .
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to prospect using social media and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
Demonstrated ability to build a book of business from the ground up.
High level of customer service and relationship management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to collaborate across teams.
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
