Customer Service Representative

Role : Customer Service Representative | 3-month contract

Location : Altamonte Springs, FL (Hybrid)

Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Schedule : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls related to Workday implementation
• Use provided FAQs to resolve inquiries
• Escalate unresolved issues to Service Desk Tier 1 or Tier 2

Compensation : $17 / hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
