What You'll Do

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access control at the main entrance, verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required by site protocols.

Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.

Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address inquiries and / or concerns.

Document and report all security-related incidents, unusual activities, and maintenance issues according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Assist with the implementation of security-related procedures to help to deter unauthorized access to the property.

Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms from the front desk, and report any irregularities as directed.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
