BJC Medical Group has a Cardiology opportunity to join our established team based at Parkland Health Center  located in  Farmington, MO , a little over an hour from St. Louis, Missouri.

We are a physician-led  group and part of BJC HealthCare, one of the top health care organizations in the country and affiliated with Washington University School of Medicine.

The St. Louis area offers big city amenities with a 6% lower cost of living than the National average and the 3rd highest paying Metro area in the US for physicians.

This position is J1 eligible through the DRA.  We have sponsored J1s for this location with 100% success rate.

Practice Details :

• Cardiology Department consists of 3 Interventionalists and 2 Invasive Cardiologists
• Great mentorship available from seasoned cardiologists
• Cardiac catheterization, PCI, Cardio MEMS, endovascular and peripheral vascular cases
• Device / pacemaker implantations would be a plus
• New Cath Lab
• EPIC EMR
• Shared call schedule of 1 : 5 - No Stemi Call

The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physician’s ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient-specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.
