Join a dedicated dry van fleet operating across Maryland and Pennsylvania. This position offers consistent regional freight weekly home time and excellent earning potential for drivers who enjoy active work and steady miles.

Pay & Benefits :

Average weekly pay : $1,600–$1,900 depending on experience and performance.

Pay rate : $1.15 per mile plus $300 per unload and $20 stop pay.

$300 orientation pay on the first paycheck.

Average 1,000 miles per week with steady freight volume.

Full benefits after 30 days including Medical Dental Vision 401(k) and Paid Time Off.

Schedule & Home Time :

Home weekly with a 34 hour restart.

Both day and night shifts available.

Weekend work required.

No deliveries on Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays.

Requirements : Valid CDL-A license.

Minimum 6 months of recent CDL-A experience 1 year preferred.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Ability to perform full hand unloads up to 5,000 pieces per trailer.

Recent CDL school graduates with 120 hours of accredited training accepted.
