What You’ll Do

Provide Exceptional Care : Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for each patient.

Lead & Collaborate : Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and PCAs, ensuring seamless teamwork.

Communicate with Purpose : Build bridges between physicians, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive care.

Your Work Schedule

Part-Time Role (.6 FTE) : Enjoy flexible 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Every Third Weekend Off : Balance work and personal life while making a difference.

What We’re Looking For

Iowa RN License : A current license is required to join our team.

Education : While a BSN is preferred, we warmly welcome new graduates to apply.
