Overview :

We are seeking a Patient Engagement Delivery Lead to support one of our client's execution of clinical trial recruitment and retention strategies across programs. This role is critical in ensuring efficient, compliant, and inclusive delivery of trials, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment and retention strategies for clinical trials and programs, making informed decisions, mitigating risks, and collaborating with peers and leadership to ensure optimal delivery.
• Provide leadership in managing trial-related activities , ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to regulatory and ERB requirements.
• Support documentation management and maintain compliance with clinical trial record-keeping requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline processes and improve trial outcomes.
• Foster a culture of partnership and shared learning to identify best practices and standardize approaches for efficiency and optimized value.
• Apply innovation and lessons learned in real time to enhance delivery and drive continuous improvement in patient engagement.
