Inova Analytics is looking for a dedicated AI Product Manager to join the Team. This hybrid role will be full-time day shift working Monday - Friday.
The AI Product Manager owns the enterprise AI product portfolio across clinical and business domains. Sets vision, strategy, and roadmap; makes release / rollback decisions; and leads crossfunctional squads (data science, engineering, security, compliance, clinical operations) to deliver safe, equitable, and scalable AI. Accountable for model lifecycle (from data provenance and validation through postdeployment monitoring and retirement), fiscal outcomes (TCO and cloud / LLM consumption), and governance (bias, privacy, transparency).

AI Product Manager Responsibilities :
Owns the systemwide AI product portfolio and investment cases; sets multi-year roadmap and success metrics tied to quality, access, safety, clinician experience, and affordability. Chair product councils and approve model release gates and decommissioningDrives innovation to improve system performance, workflows, and patient outcomes.Ensures AI initiatives comply with IT architecture, institutional priorities, and regulatory standards.Leads cross-functional teams through the full AI product lifecycle using agile methodologies.Oversees vendor selection, solution design, data pipeline development, and implementation.Integrates AI tools into clinical and operational systems (e.g., Epic, ERP, CRM).Acts as a liaison between IT, clinical, analytics, and operational stakeholders.Translates technical requirements into business cases and communicate value to executives.Promotes user adoption through training, documentation, and change management support.Ensures compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and model governance policies.Accountable owner for privacy by design and security by design in AI products; ensure PHI safe architectures for RAG / GenAI; partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal on threat modeling (prompt injection, data leakage, model inversion) and maintain incident playbooksDefines and monitors post-deployment surveillance (drift, bias, safety signals); triggers retraining, data remediation, or rollback; publishes product KPIs (quality, throughput, user adoption, ROI) and cost to serve (cloud / LLM tokens).Manages model retraining, decommissioning, and lifecycle optimization. Owns TCO and budgets for AI products, including cloud, model hosting, labeling, and commercial LLM usage; leads build / buy / partner analyses; negotiates vendor MSAs / BAAs with measurable SLAs.Leads continuous improvement efforts for AI tools and processes.Minimum Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or HS Diploma / GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience requiredExperience : 7 years in product management, with 3 years leading AI / ML products (supervised / unsupervised and / or GenAI / RAG) in a regulated or safetycritical environmentPreferred Qualifications :
Previous product management in a healthcare environment preferred.
