Job Summary :

The Product and Packaging Designer will play a key role in developing packaging die lines, creating eye-catching artwork, and supporting product design across multiple categories.

To ensure success as a Product and Packaging Designer, the ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who can balance design aesthetics with production practicality and meet quick turnaround deadlines in a collaborative environment.

This role is located in Hauppauge, NY and an in-person schedule is required.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Design and prepare packaging artwork and die lines for both licensed and generic products.
• Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure artwork accuracy and brand consistency.
• Adapt artwork for multiple product types and packaging formats.
• Work efficiently on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Contribute creative ideas to elevate packaging and product presentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and licensors for approvals and revisions.
