Coverage Needed : Oct 16-22 Oct 30-Nov 5 Nov 6-12 Nov 20-26 Dec 11-17 Clinical Information : The generalist locum would be covering the hospital service Monday through Sunday from 8-5 on site and then call would be from 5p-8a Friday evening through the following Monday morning. EMR- EPIC experience (prefer someone who has experience) Patient volume- 15-20 App will be assisting during the week All inpatient Required : CV must be in Month / Year format Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
