Position Overview
The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in supporting both the kitchen and front-of-house teams. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring that our guests always receive service with the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks and waste disposal.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by keeping items in rotation.
- Help with closing duties, including equipment cleaning and breakdown.
Qualifications
