Cloud Platform Engineer

Job duties :

• Supporting. Cloud environment for developers.
• environment health monitoring, maintaining stability and standards across IaaS / PaaS / SaaS environment
• initiate incident management and address escalations
• identify new cloud technologies and platforms to help solve technical challenges
• Build cloud foundational components (network, security, identity, operations, cloud governance)
• Operationalize solutions from proof-of-concept through production (automation, repeatability, maintainability, enforce standards)
• Cloud Capacity Planning, Profiling, Load testing, and monitoring of cloud applications,
• Designing technical architecture for cloud solutions that meet the needs for scalability, reliability, availability, and performance
• day-to-day operations of managing cloud resources which include resource allocation, optimizing capacity, and configuration management

Note : Someone else handles M365. There is a separate team that handles security. This person will interact with these teams as needed.
