Overview

We are a growing manufacturing company based in Fullerton, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team and help oversee daily office operations, support management, and keep our office running smoothly.  Offering $27-30 / hr. Temp to hire

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
  • Manage office communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment; coordinate maintenance and ordering
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with payroll for in house office employees processing
  • Assist with accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and support management with administrative needs
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed
  • Learn our Unix system

Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Supervisor, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
