Key responsibilities include monitoring industry data sources and news, benchmarking local markets, tracking leasing and tenant activity, and updating business information in Salesforce. The analyst creates maps, charts, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders, provides regular updates to leadership, and supports outreach efforts to companies seeking space. Collaboration with partners for data exchange and responding to research requests are also essential duties.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis, market research, economic development, or related fields
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
• Proficiency in market analysis tools, real estate databases, and data visualization platforms preferred
• Experience creating reports and dashboards to track market performance
• Ability to organize and manage data in centralized systems such as SharePoint
