Position
Cloudflare is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Technical Program Manager to lead and manage company-wide initiatives and projects spanning multiple quarters and teams within Infrastructure Engineering. Your main responsibility will be to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, security, technical operations, and more to build and execute the overall strategy.
You will play an active part in collecting requirements, setting up deliverables, reporting progress, managing stakeholder expectations, and working with various functions to deliver success. You will partner with product and engineering counterparts to determine available options, manage stakeholder expectations, and execute against the roadmap.
This role involves managing multiple stakeholders and accommodating teams dispersed across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate is process-driven but flexible and iterative, someone who enjoys bringing people together as a team and driving them toward success.
This position will be based in Austin, TX. You will be reporting into the Infrastructure Engineering organization.
Major areas of responsibilities
We are looking for a Sr. TPM to drive the program to modernize the Infrastructure Lifecycle in conjunction with the Oracle ERP implementation. A key focus of this Infrastructure Lifecycle modernization is on driving process and solution evolution within the new ERP system and across existing or newly defined datacenter infrastructure tooling. This modernization program is a critical effort in delivering Cloudflare\'s scale aspirations. This position bridges the gap between technical engineering teams, business stakeholders, and Oracle services to ensure that the different phases of the project are completed.
Job summary
The ERP datacenter infrastructure TPM is responsible for the end-to-end management of complex Infrastructure modernization programs related to Oracle ERP deployments, migrations, and upgrades. A key focus is aligning the infrastructure aspects—such as servers, networking, and storage—with business requirements for the Oracle application suite. This role requires deep technical knowledge of both datacenter infrastructure and Oracle ERP applications to drive program execution, mitigate risks, and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
