Summary :
Join Meta's dynamic Product Risk & Compliance organization as a Product Risk Program Manager (PRPM) within the Product Enablement team. Be at the forefront of product development by collaborating with Product Groups (PGs) from the outset to navigate and manage comprehensive risk reviews. As a PRPM, your program management expertise and systems thinking will facilitate compliant product launches. Work closely with product and engineering teams, guiding them through Meta's Risk Review process while building relationships with legal, policy, and tooling partners to ensure an exceptional risk review experience.
Responsibilities :
- Support and enhance the initial product development support process for an optimized experience with Risk Review.
- Proactively identify and address blockers, escalate issues, and resolve pain points.
- Drive execution and accountability with effective communication, action tracking, and organized decision forums.
- Become an expert in managing an end-to-end system focused on reviewing and mitigating product risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, streamlining their navigation through the Risk Review process.
- Ensure detailed documentation and transparency regarding project and risk details are consistently tracked and resolved.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering teams to align priorities and enhance process efficiency.
- Provide support for supplemental risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with Specialized Assessment (SA) and Assurance Assessment (AA) Product Risk Program Managers to accurately capture product context within the Risk Review system and assist Product Groups through triage, escalation, and audit processes.
Minimum Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance, or a related field.Proven track record of managing complex projects with tight timelines and high ambiguity across multiple stakeholders.Strong communication and alignment skills, able to convey clear, concise, and actionable messages tailored to various audiences.Robust stakeholder management skills, adept at collaborating across functions to achieve shared objectives.Demonstrated success in influencing others and driving change without formal authority.Highly adaptable in a dynamic business environment with shifting priorities.Experience in proactively identifying blockers and remediating pain points.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with product development lifecycles and complex systems.Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to leverage AI and data-driven insights to enhance process efficiency and scalability.Compensation :
$122,000 / year to $180,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
