Fastener Sales Representative

We are currently looking to hire a Fastener Sales Representative in the Centerville, OH area paying $25 / hr. for the 1st shift. Job responsibilities include :

Sales and Customer Service : Interacting with clients via phone, email, or in person to provide quotes, process orders, and resolve issues.

Inventory and Logistics : Managing inventory control, handling shipping and receiving, packaging, and delivering products to customers.

Technical Support : Providing guidance on product selection, assisting with technical specifications, and communicating customer requirements to manufacturing.

Order Processing : Entering purchase orders and sales orders, and ensuring accurate information is conveyed to other departments.

Inventory Maintenance : Performing tasks like adjusting "min / max" and package quantities, and conducting customer visits to manage stock on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of industrial fasteners, hardware, and mechanical parts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in managing inventory control systems and processing orders.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales processes, including quoting and order entry.
• Physical ability to handle products, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds.
