Payrate : $30.00 - $35.00 / hr. Responsibilities : Supporting the launch of a new escalation system for Client Freight Partners. Tactical and reporting-heavy work : pulling reports, classifying escalation types by team, analyzing data trends. Ideally, the individual would be hands-on, comfortable ramping quickly on SOPs, and have strong Excel skills. Salesforce experience is preferred.
