Hays Facilities Management has partnered with a leading healthcare organization to hire a Director of Engineering based in the Bronx.
Your new role
The duties of the Director of Engineering will include, among others :
- Management of 20-30 facilities staff, including union workers
- Oversight of day-to-day operations for a 1.2 million square-foot campus
- Ownership of Preventive Maintenance activities, work order allocation, labor allocation, hiring and employee development
- Maintain a 24x7 work environment, reporting directly to the Senior Director
