Job descriptionPrevious warehouse and pallet jack experience preferred Able to work in a refrigerated environment for 8+ hours Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75+ lbs. occasionally Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to take direction from all levels of management Ability to work independently within a team setting Must be able to read, write, and speak English for the automated headset SAFETY FIRST. Job Title : Day Warehouse Associate
Location : Des Moines, IA
Join Loffredo Fresh Foods as a Full Time Day Warehouse Associate based out of our Des Moines Branch . We are a local, family-owned food and produce distributor that has proudly served the Midwest region for over 130 years. We distribute to 11 different states across our 5 locations. Loffredo Fresh Foods believes that our employees are the key to a successful future. We are committed to attracting a team that is passionate, innovative, and committed to meeting our customer’s needs.
As a Day Warehouse Associate , you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that all customer orders are accurately loaded on trucks to be shipped internally and externally. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, receive / unload inbound freight, and use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help maintain the high standards of service our customers expect.
Pay : $16
Schedule :
- 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM
- Days Off : Wednesday & Saturday
- Working : Sunday – Tuesday, and Thursday, Friday
